Meyers Briggs Test
I think studying and understanding the Meyers Briggs personality
types and the Kiersey Sorters would be helpful in teaching.
 Just knowing that there are so many different basic personality
 types would help one to deal with the variety of styles of
learning in the classroom. Knowing your own type also
would help you be able to work to your strengths and 
understand and work with your own weaknesses.
